Who can apply for New Dashboard Early Access?
Early Access is designed for active MT5 traders and people who are seriously considering trading with AIFO. We prioritize applicants who actively use the New Dashboard and share useful feedback.
Is Early Access guaranteed?
No. Access is limited. Applications are reviewed, and invitations are sent based on current Early Access availability.
How do Early Access missions and rewards work?
Complete eligible missions in your AIFO dashboard to earn points. Missions may include account setup, referrals, trading activities, New Dashboard activities, and other eligible actions. Points can be redeemed for available rewards, including account vouchers and selected AIFO accounts. Mission availability and reward requirements may change during Early Access.
How do I report a bug?
Submit your report through the Product Feedback mission on the Points Missions page in your AIFO dashboard. Include where it happened, what you expected, what happened instead, clear steps to reproduce, and screenshots when possible. If you cannot access the submission page, contact us via Live Chat.
Can bug reports earn bonus points?
Yes. Verified bug reports may receive additional points based on their severity, clarity, and usefulness. AIFO’s product and development teams review submitted reports and determine the final severity level and point award.
