What Is a Qualified Introduction?

A Qualified Introduction is an introduction that:

  • Creates a direct business discussion with AIFO;
  • Is not an existing AIFO contact or duplicate lead;
  • Matches AIFO’s target partner profile.

Providing contact lists alone does not constitute a Qualified Introduction.

What Is an Active Partner?

An Active Partner is a partner introduced by the Consultant that has:

  • Executed a cooperation agreement with AIFO;
  • Completed onboarding and system setup where applicable;
  • Officially commenced the agreed cooperation activities;
  • Met the minimum activation requirements applicable to its partner type.

Simply introducing a contact, arranging a meeting, or sharing contact information does not qualify as an Active Partner.

Consultant Responsibilities

Industry Partner Consultants are expected to:

  • Continuously identify qualified partnership opportunities;
  • Introduce suitable partners;
  • Assist with communication where reasonably requested;
  • Support the cooperation process until the partner becomes an Active Partner.

Our objective is to build successful partnerships—not simply collect introductions.

Consultant Compensation

Compensation is designed to reward long-term partnership development.

Commercial terms may include:

  • Monthly Consulting Fee
  • Performance Bonus
  • Affiliate Revenue Share (Optional)

All commercial terms are agreed individually before cooperation begins.

Consultant Levels

Strategic Custom Senior industry leaders or organizations capable of delivering high-value strategic partnerships.

Consultant levels are determined solely by AIFO based on the consultant’s industry experience, partner network, partnership quality, strategic value, and long-term commercial contribution.

Consultant levels may be reviewed and adjusted periodically based on performance and business needs.

Commercial terms are confirmed individually before each engagement.

Performance Bonus

Exceptional partnership opportunities may qualify for additional bonuses.

Bonus amounts are determined individually.

Relationship with the Affiliate Program

The Industry Partner Consultant Program and the Affiliate Program serve different purposes.

Industry Partner Consultant Develops partnership opportunities.
Affiliate Acquires paying customers.

The same individual or organization may participate in both programs.

However, duplicate compensation will not be paid for the same contribution.
