A standard refund is available if the trader has not started any trading within 7 days of payment. Refund requests must be submitted within the same 7-day period; otherwise, the refund policy will no longer apply. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to AIFO Lite accounts.
If a trader fails the KYC process, the customer will be prohibited from using the AIFO platform services and will also be ineligible for a refund.
Server Time refers to the standardized time used by the trading platform. All trade records, order execution, and time limits are based on Server Time. The AIFO platform uses GMT+3 as its Server Time.
