Does AIFO Offer Refunds?

Standard Refund

A standard refund is available if the traderhas not started any trading within 7 days of payment. If no corresponding application is made within 7 days, you will not be able to enjoy the corresponding refund policy.

If a trader fails the KYC process, in addition to being prohibited from using the AIFO platform services, the customer will also be ineligible for a refund.

Challenge Fee Refund

Traders can choose to purchase optional add-on benefits when registering for a challenge. After purchase, if you successfully complete the challenge, your registration fee will be refunded (not including the part of the add-on benefits).

Server Time refers to the standardized time used by the trading platform. All trade records, order execution, and time limits are based on Server Time. The AIFO platform uses GMT+3 as its Server Time.

In an Instant Account, the floating loss of each trade must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance.

AIFO does not allow the use of any Expert Advisor (EA) or automated trading systems. All trades must be executed manually by the trader. This requirement ensures that trading activity remains authentic, controlled, and fully compliant with AIFO’s risk management requirements and consistency rules.

Traders are allowed to hold overnight and weekend positions. Open positions can be carried beyond the trading day without forced closure, but traders must still comply with all risk management rules and the single-trade risk limit.
