Promotion period: September 24–30, 2026
1. Promotion Overview
During the Promotion Period, eligible customers may purchase a $5,000 AIFO Instant Account for $10 by applying the promotional code INSTANT10 at checkout.
The account remains subject to AIFO Instant Account Trading Rules, Payout Rules, and other applicable policies except where a specific promotional term below applies.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion Period begins on September 24, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+0) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+0). All dates and times stated in these Terms and Conditions refer to UTC+0 unless expressly stated otherwise. The promotional offer must be purchased during the Promotion Period.
3. Promotional Account
The promotional account has an initial account size of $5,000. It is an AIFO Instant Account and does not require a traditional evaluation or profit target.
There is no minimum trading day requirement unless otherwise specified by the applicable AIFO rules.
4. Trading Rules
The promotional $5,000 Instant Account is subject to the following parameters:

4.1 Daily Loss Limit
The Daily Loss Limit is 3%. It is calculated using the higher value between the previous day's closing Balance and Equity, in accordance with AIFO's applicable Instant Account rules.
4.2 Maximum Loss Limit
The Maximum Loss Limit is 5% HWM Trailing, calculated from the account's highest historical equity. The trailing limit may increase when a new HWM is reached and is capped at the initial account balance.
4.3 Total Floating Loss
Total floating loss must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance. For this $5,000 account, the limit is $100. This requirement applies in addition to the Daily Loss and Maximum Loss limits.
4.4 Profit Concentration
For payout eligibility, the highest-profit day must remain strictly below 20% of total profit for the applicable payout period, subject to AIFO's payout rules.
5. Leverage
The maximum leverage available for the promotional Instant Account is:

All positions must comply with the applicable AIFO trading and risk-management rules.
AIFO reserves the right to adjust leverage for accounts with excessive trading risk exposure, in accordance with its applicable policies.
6. Trading Conditions
6.1 News Trading
News trading is allowed, subject to AIFO's applicable Trading Rules and prohibited trading practices.
6.2 Weekend Holding
Weekend holding is allowed for the promotional Instant Account.
6.3 Other Trading Rules
The account remains subject to all applicable AIFO Trading Rules, including prohibited trading practices, risk management, execution, and account conduct. Where these terms do not address a matter, the applicable AIFO Trading Rules apply.
7. Payout Rules
The promotional $5,000 Instant Account provides one payout opportunity only. Eligible traders may request a payout after satisfying all applicable requirements.
- Only one payout request is permitted.
- The 2% profit buffer requirement does not apply.
- The trader may request the eligible payout amount under AIFO's applicable Instant Payout Rules.
- After payout is processed, the account is permanently closed and no further payout is available.
- Profit Share is 70%.
- Payout remains subject to eligibility, profit concentration, verification, compliance, and other AIFO requirements.
8. Promotional Code
The promotional code is INSTANT10.
- Valid only during the Promotion Period.
- Valid only for the designated $5,000 promotional Instant Account.
- One use per customer.
- Cannot be applied retroactively.
- Cannot be reused after a successful purchase.
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless AIFO states otherwise.
9. Eligibility
The promotion is available only to customers eligible under AIFO's terms, policies, and geographic restrictions. AIFO may conduct identity, payment, account, and compliance checks.
10. Promotional Abuse
AIFO may reject, cancel, or revoke promotional benefits where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, payment manipulation, multiple-account abuse, or attempts to circumvent the promotional terms.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are subject to AIFO's applicable refund and cancellation policy. The promotional price creates no additional refund entitlement beyond that policy.
12. Changes to the Promotion
AIFO may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary, including for technical issues, fraud, abuse, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond AIFO's reasonable control.
13. Governing Rules
These terms must be read with AIFO's Trading Rules, Instant Account Rules, Payout Rules, Terms of Service, Risk and Compliance Policies, and other applicable policies.
A specific promotional condition applies to this account. Matters not addressed here are governed by current AIFO rules and policies.
14. Acceptance
By purchasing the promotional $5,000 Instant Account, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable AIFO rules and policies.
