How do I purchase a challenge?
To purchase a challenge, you first need to register and log in to your account. Then, select the challenge that best suits your needs. If you are unsure which option to choose, feel free to contact AIFO support.we will be happy to assist you.
On the order page, choose your preferred challenge. If needed, you can select additional features (Add-ons). If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter it. Once completed, click 【CONTINUE】 to proceed.
Next, you will need to fill in your personal information, including your address, and review your selected challenge. After confirming the details, check the box [I accept the Terms & Conditions ], then click [PLACE ORDER] to proceed to the payment page.
We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can choose the one that suits you best. You do not need to worry about transaction fees.AIFO covers them. However, if you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, a network fee may apply, which will be shown during the payment process.
Once your payment is completed, your account will be sent to your registered email within 30 minutes. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

What should I do if my payment fails?

There are no hidden fees. The AIFO challenge fee is a one-time payment, with no additional charges during the challenge.

After placing your order, you will have 10 minutes to complete the payment. Otherwise, the order will expire automatically.
