Why can market prices, order execution, PnL or account status differ or be delayed?

AIFO provides a simulated trading environment designed to reflect real market conditions. During periods of high volatility, major news events, low liquidity, market opening or closing, rollover periods, price gaps, abnormal market movements, network latency, server load or other technical conditions, market data and simulated order execution may be affected.

As a result, traders may experience wider spreads, delayed or unavailable price updates, execution delays, rejected or delayed orders, and positive or negative slippage. An order may therefore be executed at a different price from the price displayed or requested when the instruction was submitted.

This also applies to Stop Loss, Take Profit, pending orders and manual closing instructions. These instructions are not guaranteed to be executed immediately or at the exact requested price. If the requested price is no longer available, simulated execution may occur at the next available price under the prevailing market conditions.

PnL, Equity, Balance, Margin, Drawdown, Consistency Score, breach status and other account information shown on MT5, the AIFO Dashboard or other interfaces may also be refreshed at different intervals and may therefore temporarily be delayed, incomplete or inconsistent.

If the Dashboard or Trading Platform temporarily displays an account as profitable, active or within its risk limits, but the underlying trading and server-side records show that the account Equity had already touched or exceeded an applicable Daily Loss Limit, Maximum Drawdown Limit or other breach threshold, the account may still be considered breached. A delayed or temporarily inaccurate display does not reverse a breach that has already occurred.

Where a material discrepancy occurs, AIFO may review server-side execution records, transaction logs, market-data records, Trading Platform records and other relevant technical information to determine what occurred.

If AIFO confirms that a material pricing, market-data, calculation or technical error affected an account, reasonable corrective action may be taken. Normal market volatility, spread widening, price gaps, latency, reduced liquidity, slippage or execution differences caused by prevailing market conditions are not, by themselves, considered technical errors.

If you believe your account has been affected by a technical or execution issue, please contact AIFO Support promptly and provide your account number, relevant order number, approximate time of the incident and any supporting screenshots or records. Continuing to trade after becoming aware of an apparent technical issue may affect the investigation.
