Rules & Risk Limits

AIFO Instant Rules and Risk Limits

AIFO Instant gives traders a faster starting path, but it is not a rule-free account. Traders still need to follow drawdown limits, consistency score requirements, single-trade risk limits, payout rules, and trading conduct rules.

Read the full AIFO Trading Rules before starting your Instant account.

Daily Loss Limit: 2%

All AIFO Instant account types use a 2% Daily Loss Limit. AIFO calculates the daily loss floor from the previous day’s closing balance or equity, whichever is higher.

Maximum Loss Limit: 5% / 4%

AIFO Standard uses a 5% Maximum Loss Limit. AIFO Elite and AIFO Zero use a 4% Maximum Loss Limit.

Consistency Limits: 15% / 25%

The highest single-day profit must remain below 15% of total profit, while the two highest-profit days combined must remain below 25%.

Single-Trade Floating Loss: 2%

For an AIFO Instant Account, the floating loss of each trade must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance.

Payout Access: On Demand

Eligible Instant traders can request payout on demand once the applicable withdrawal, consistency, compliance, and review conditions are met.

Execution Rules

Trading tools, automation, and execution setups must comply with AIFO’s current account-specific trading and execution rules.

Instant Consistency

How Does AIFO Instant Consistency Work?

AIFO Instant uses two profit-concentration limits for payout eligibility. The highest single-day profit must remain below 15% of total profit, while the two highest-profit days combined must remain below 25%.

For example, if total profit is $5,000, the highest single-day profit must stay below $750, and the two highest-profit days combined must stay below $1,250.

Consistency is separate from the Daily Loss Limit, Maximum Loss Limit, and 2% single-trade floating-loss rule. The account must remain compliant with each applicable requirement independently.

Review AIFO Consistency Rules
$5K Example
Total Profit $5,000
Highest Single Day $750
Top Two Days Combined $1,250

Both payout-consistency thresholds must remain in range.

Account Size Examples

What Do the AIFO Instant Rules Mean by Account Size?

The table below translates the current Instant account percentages into simple reference values based on the initial account size.

Account Type Account Size 2% Daily Loss Reference Maximum Loss Reference 2% Single-Trade Floating Loss Reference
AIFO Standard $10,000 $200 $500 $200
AIFO Standard $25,000 $500 $1,250 $500
AIFO Standard $50,000 $1,000 $2,500 $1,000
AIFO Elite $100,000 $2,000 $4,000 $2,000
AIFO Elite $200,000 $4,000 $8,000 $4,000
AIFO Zero $100,000 $2,000 $4,000 $2,000
These are reference values based on the initial account size. Daily Loss, Maximum Loss, single-trade floating loss, consistency, and payout requirements apply independently when determining account compliance and payout eligibility.

Payout on Demand

Payout on Demand, Profit Split and Review

AIFO Instant supports payout on demand once the applicable withdrawal conditions are met. This means an eligible trader can submit a payout request when ready; it does not mean every generated profit is automatically withdrawable.

Before a payout request can proceed, the account must be compliant, KYC must be completed, and there must be no open positions or pending orders. The current minimum payout amount is $200.

For partial payouts, a profit buffer equal to 2% of the initial account balance must remain in the account. A full withdrawal closes the account after the payout is completed. Review the AIFO payout buffer before requesting withdrawal.
