Profit Target
Step 1 Trading Objectives
- Achieve a 10% profit target
- Daily Loss Limit: 3% | Maximum Loss Limit: 6%
Adhere to trading rules and stop-loss limits.
After successfully completing the evaluation, your entire evaluation period will be reviewed.
Congratulations! Once the review is approved, you will become a funded AIFO trader.
Minimum Trading Days Requirement
AIFO aims to cultivate traders who can achieve consistent and long-term profitability in the market. The Minimum Trading Days Requirement requirement is an important indicator used to evaluate whether a challenger is developing into a disciplined and consistent trader.
Therefore, before progressing to the next stage, traders must complete at least 2 trading days.
Margin Usage Policy
AIFO 1-Step traders are not subject to the 70% margin usage restriction, allowing greater flexibility in managing available funds. Traders using all other account models must ensure that their total margin usage does not exceed 70%.
Account Violations
A Critical Violation refers to a serious breach of established rules. If a trader exceeds the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Loss Limit, it is considered a Critical Violation, and the account will be immediately closed. This rule applies during both the evaluation and funded phases.
Daily Loss Limit
The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount you can lose in a single trading day. This rule is calculated based on the previous day’s closing balance or equity (whichever is higher).
- Daily Loss Limit: 3% (of the higher value between the previous day’s closing balance or equity)
Example 1: Higher Equity
- If your previous day closed with a $105,000 balance and $107,000 equity, your equity must not fall below $103,790 for the day.
Example 2: Higher Balance
- If your previous day closed with a $100,000 balance and $99,000 equity, your equity must not fall below $97,000 for the day.
Your account equity, including both floating and realized PnL, must not reach or fall below the Daily Loss Limit.
Maximum Loss Limit
The Maximum Loss Limit is the total amount your account equity or balance is not allowed to reach. It is calculated from your initial account size and remains static.
Example:
- On a $100,000 account, your equity or balance cannot hit or fall below $94,000 at any point. Even if your account grows to $120,000, the maximum loss floor remains at $94,000.
- At most prop trading firms that adopt static, when your first payout is processed, The Static Drawdown loss level moves up to your initial balance and stays there permanently.
At AIFO, when your payout is processed, the Static Drawdown level remains unchanged at $94,000.
Notes
Hitting the Daily Drawdown Limit or Maximum Drawdown Limit will result in account failure, and the account will be closed immediately.
Profit Split & Consistency Scores
The default profit split for 1–2 Step funded accounts is 80%, with the potential to increase to up to 95% through the scaling plan. No consistency score requirement applies, giving traders greater flexibility to manage their trading strategies and maximize their earning potential while following the applicable risk management rules.
Payout
All loss limits, including the Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Loss Limit, remain fully effective and strictly enforced throughout the live trading phase.
Traders must comply with all applicable risk management rules to remain eligible to request and receive profit payouts.
The minimum payout amount is $100, with a standard 14-day payout cycle.
Leverage
AIFO provides leverage settings across multiple asset classes, allowing traders to manage position sizes according to market risk. The maximum leverage for each asset type is as follows:
- Forex: 1:30
- Precious Metals & Indices: 1:10
- Stocks: 1:5
- Cryptocurrencies: BTC 1:2
- other coins: 1:5
Risk Warning
Leverage can magnify profits but also increases potential losses. Traders should ensure that risk remains manageable and adjust positions according to their capital and trading experience. High leverage may lead to rapid losses, or even the total loss of trading funds. Therefore, in the face of some customers who trade too aggressively, AIFO reserves the right to adjust leverage.
Stay disciplined, manage risk, and success is within reach!
